This place is brand new- that being said a few things should be automatic... mistakes and a desire to please the customer. There were a lot of mistakes and little attempt to make things right. I tried to order a cheese dish plain with various sauces on the side - I was told no. I then placed my order. We had to wait while our food sat and workers chatted or took other orders. When I asked if I could at least have the olives and my sons food I was no because the rest of my food would be out soon. It wasn't and we waited some more.
My son ordered the Mac and cheese bites- son loved them. I had the yuca fries, very good and my husband had the chicken and rice- chicken was very good-the rice was made with curry not good when person doesn't like curry and doesn't know they are getting it. We also ordered the aforementioned cheese dish and noticed that a sauce was squirted on it. So it actually starts out plain and they put a sauce on it - hmm. I ordered grilled wings- which met the grill for a hot second to leave a mark but was otherwise really fatty. The mixed olives we ordered were mixed but they were the canned black and green olives- I can go to the supermarket for that so no thanks.
And no one came out to apologize for the delay even though we were the first and only customers in the place waiting.
I brought all of this to the manager's attention - he tried to make me stay so that he could give us a new order cut we had waited to long for the first order that we had to go. Then he gave me %50 off my next order. I had just wasted 50$ on that order!
We are not going back- I like Indian food and I like Piri but I want to know what I am getting.
